India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd has submitted its Notice of the 72nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-2026 to BSE. The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company is also seeking shareholder approval for entering into contracts with Brakes India Private Limited for the purchase of automotive spare parts and other products, up to an aggregate value of ₹500 crores, from the conclusion of the 72nd AGM until the conclusion of the 73rd AGM in 2027.
