India Nippon Electricals Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window pursuant to the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will commence from April 01, 2026 and will remain in effect till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the results will be intimated separately. All connected persons/Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
