India Nippon Electricals Re-appoints Two Independent Directors

India Nippon Electricals Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Heramb R Hajarnavis and Ms. Gangapriya Chakraverti as Independent Directors for a second five-year term, effective August 10, 2026. The shareholders approved these re-appointments at the 41st Annual General Meeting held on July 30, 2026. Both directors will serve until August 9, 2031, and are not liable to retire by rotation. Ms. Chakraverti brings over three decades of corporate experience, including leadership roles at Murugappa Group and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Hajarnavis is the Founder and Managing Partner of SeaLink Capital Partners and previously headed KKR's Indian private equity business.
