India Radiators Amalgamation with Mercantile Ventures Approved

India Radiators Limited announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between India Radiators Limited (Transferor Company) and Mercantile Ventures Limited (Transferee Company). The order was pronounced on July 2, 2026. The 'Appointed Date' for the scheme is January 1, 2025. The amalgamation will become effective upon filing the certified copy of the NCLT's sanction order with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. The company will communicate the effective date once it is finalized.
