India Radiators Ltd Files Second Motion Petition with NCLT for Scheme of Amalgamation

India Radiators Ltd has filed a Second Motion Petition with the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench (NCLT) in connection with the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation with Mercantile Ventures Limited. This step follows the earlier disclosures made by the company on April 08, 2025, October 15, 2025, December 05, 2025, February 5, 2026, February 10, 2026, March 13, 2026 and March 17, 2026. The Scheme is being pursued under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder.
