Sammaan Capital Appoints P.S. Negi as LIC Nominee Director

Sammaan Capital Ltd has approved the appointment of Mr. P. S. Negi as a Nominee Director representing Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), effective September 30, 2026. Mr. Negi replaces Mr. Rajiv Gupta, who ceases to be a director on the same date. Mr. Negi, currently the Zonal Manager (I/C) of LIC's North Central Zone in Kanpur, holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics and is not related to any existing director on the board. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Gupta's contributions.
