Sammaan Capital Ltd. has announced the completion of International Holding Company PJSC (IHC) investment and Open Offer, marking a new era for the company as it becomes an IHC Group Company. IHC, now the promoter and controlling shareholder, brings capital depth, operational expertise, and improved market perception. IHC's investment is expected to strengthen corporate governance and provide access to technology and AI ecosystems. The Board has noted the classification of IHC as a promoter and appointed Mr. Alwyn Dinesh Crasta as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
