
Sammaan Capital to Raise ₹25,000 Cr via Debt Instruments
Sammaan Capital Limited announced a board meeting held on September 7, 2026, where it approved a proposal to raise funds up to ₹25,000 Crores through the issuance of secured and/or unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures/bonds on a private placement basis. This fundraising is subject to shareholder authorization at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will be valid for one year.
