Occupancy Certificates were received for projects in Gurugram and Savroli. Financially, net institutional debt stood at ₹3,363 crore with cash and equivalents at ₹1,202 crore. The company plans a preferential allotment of convertible warrants to Embassy Group, subject to shareholder approval, to strengthen its balance sheet and reduce the cost of capital. Embassy Developments remains on track to meet its FY27 guidance of ₹6,000 crore in pre-sales from owned developments and ₹2,000 crore from development management projects.
