Embassy Developments to Launch Six Residential Projects Valued at ~Rs. 10,300 Crores in North Bengaluru

Embassy Developments Ltd. will launch six new residential projects valued at approximately Rs. 10,300 crore in North Bengaluru. The projects include two premium RERA-approved residential developments, Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase I, within the Embassy Springs township. Embassy Greenshore will offer 800+ apartments with larger layouts, superior specifications, and elevated finishes. Embassy Verde Phase II will offer another opportunity for homebuyers to be part of the North Bengaluru growth story. A new residential development in Hebbal is also planned, featuring 600+ premium residences in 3 BHK and 4 BHK formats. Two additional projects, including a villa community and a premium villa project, are also planned for launch. These projects represent ~5.6 million sq. ft. of development potential in North Bengaluru, strengthening Embassy’s position in the city’s residential market. The company has also recorded a complete sell-out of Embassy Paradiso, its luxury plotted development within Embassy Springs, with pre-sales of approximately Rs. 3204 crore.
