IndiaMART AGM: All Resolutions Passed, Director Re-appointed

IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd held its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 29, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The meeting concluded with all resolutions presented being duly passed by the members with the requisite majority, as confirmed by the scrutinizer's report. Mr. Brijesh Kumar Agrawal was re-appointed as a Director. Mr. Dhruv Prakash ceased to be a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. The e-voting period was from June 24 to June 28, 2026.
