Indian Acrylics Ltd announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the re-appointment of Shri Rajinder Kumar Garg as Managing Director and Shri Alok Goyal as Executive Director (Works) for a further period of three years, effective March 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
