Indian Acrylics Ltd to Approve Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 and nine months ended 31/12/2025

Indian Acrylics Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 13th February 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The meeting is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for Company's designated persons and their immediate relatives since 1st January 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results to the public.
