Azad India Mobility Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for purchase/sale or dealing in the securities of the company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 will be intimated separately.
