Indian Card Clothing Company Ltd has executed a Deed of Assignment for the sale of its commercial property located in Baner, Pune, Maharashtra. The property, with an aggregate built-up area of approximately 9,600 sq. ft., was sold for a consideration of ₹13,20,00,000/- to M/s. Balaji Constro Realtech LLP. The transaction was registered on July 3, 2026. The buyer is a third-party and not related to the promoter group or group companies, thus not classified as a Related Party Transaction.
