IEX Board fixes May 15, 2026 as record date for ₹3.00 final dividend

The Board of Directors of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd (IEX) approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share (face value ₹1.00 each) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The record date for determining eligible shareholders for this final dividend has been fixed as Friday, May 15, 2026. If approved by shareholders, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval.
