IEX designates two employees as Senior Management Personnel

Indian Energy Exchange Ltd (IEX) has designated Mr. Gaurav Maheshwari and Mrs. Aparna Vyas Garg as Senior Management Personnel (SMP). This designation is effective due to their reporting structure to the Joint Managing Director, as per SEBI Listing Regulations. Mr. Maheshwari, Vice President – Regulatory Affairs & Risk Management, has over 17 years of experience in power markets and regulatory affairs, having been with IEX for over 14 years. Mrs. Garg, Vice President – Corporate Communications & Investor Relations, brings over 13 years of experience from consulting, telecom, and energy sectors, including roles at Deloitte and McKinsey. Their profiles highlight extensive expertise in their respective fields, crucial for IEX's operations and stakeholder engagement.
