Indian Hotels: ₹3.25 Dividend Payment Date Set for July 3, 2026

Indian Hotels Company Ltd will hold its AGM on June 30, 2026, and subject to shareholder approval, the dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share will be paid from July 3, 2026. The record date for determining entitlement to the dividend is June 23, 2026. The dividend will be paid to beneficial owners holding shares in electronic form and to members holding shares in physical form as of the record date.
