The Indian Hotels Company Limited has announced its 125th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing. The AGM notice is part of the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26.
