The company's revenue from operations decreased due to the elongation of billing cycles in Jal Jeevan Mission and Bhagiratha Projects. However, the sale value of manufacturing products saw a growth of 56% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. The company also reported an improvement in EBITDA margin % for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company has sold its freehold surplus land for a consideration of INR 173.96 crores, netting a gain of INR 64.33 crores. The residential projects being developed on the company's surplus land have received a good response, with cash flows of INR 164.26 crores received till 6th February 2026. The company's long-term and short-term credit rating has also improved.
