Indian Infotech Board Approves Auditor, Director Appointments

The Board of Directors of Indian Infotech and Software Limited convened on September 5, 2026, approving key appointments and financial proposals. The board approved Heneel Shah & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY27-29 and recommended SSRV and Associates as Statutory Auditor for a 5-year term. Ms. Shilpi Chourasiya was recommended for re-appointment as Director. Mr. Yatin Vilas Chaphekar was approved as Independent Director, subject to member approval. The board also proposed increasing investment limits to ₹500 crores and borrowing power to ₹500 crores, pending shareholder consent. Material related party transactions up to ₹250 crores were also approved for shareholder approval.
