Trading Window Closure for Indian Link Chain Manufacturers Ltd's Audited Financial Results

Indian Link Chain Manufacturers Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries, and intermediaries. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026.
