IRCTC Appoints Dr. Sachin Sabnis as Independent Director

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) announced the appointment of Dr. Sachin Balkrishna Sabnis as an Additional Director (Independent Director) to its Board, effective August 13, 2026. Dr. Sabnis is a seasoned entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector. He is not related to any existing Director or Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company and holds no shares in IRCTC. His appointment follows a previous announcement regarding the appointment of a Non-Official Director.
