IRCTC Board Meeting on May 26, 2026 to Consider Dividend

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 26, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The trading window has been closed from April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, i.e., up to May 28, 2026.
