IRFC Appoints Two New Independent Directors

Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd (IRFC) announced the appointment of Shri Pradeep Ahlawat and Ms. Manjula Mishra as Non-Official Independent Directors to its Board. The appointments are effective immediately and will be for a term of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This change is based on an order from the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. IRFC is undertaking the necessary steps to finalize the appointment formalities and submit requisite disclosures.
