IREDA CMD Additional Charge Extended for 3 Months

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd (IREDA) announced the extension of the additional charge for the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) to Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohanty, Director (Finance). This extension, approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet via the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, is for a further period of three months effective October 01, 2026. The extension will be in effect until a regular incumbent is appointed or until further orders are issued, whichever occurs earliest. This update is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
