Indian Sucrose Ltd held its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 through video conferencing. The meeting was chaired by Kunal Yadav, Chairman & Managing Director. The company announced its entry into a new line of business, the petroleum segment, and the successful commencement of retail distribution at its ISL unit. This move is expected to generate additional revenue and create new job opportunities. The company also addressed the challenges faced and discussed mitigating actions, primarily focusing on cane development. The audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 were adopted, and Mr. Jaitender Kumar was re-appointed as a Director. The remuneration of M/s Khushwinder Kumar & Co., Cost Auditors, was ratified, and Mr. Anil Kumar Jain was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years.
