Indian Terrain Fashions Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27

Indian Terrain Fashions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from the quarter ending September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending on the same date. During this period, promoters, directors, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities or communicating any unpublished price-sensitive information.
