Indian Toners & Developers Ltd Enters Technical/Business Collaboration for Product Improvement

Indian Toners & Developers Limited has entered into a technical/business collaboration arrangement with an overseas industry participant. The objective is to strengthen the Company’s technological capabilities and improve operational performance in line with its long-term business strategy. The arrangement is for a defined period with provision for extension based on mutual consent. The consideration is on arm’s length basis and in the ordinary course of business. The agreement contains customary confidentiality, non-disclosure and intellectual property protection clauses. The transaction is not with a related party and none of the promoters/promoter group have any interest in the said arrangement.
