IndianOil and EverEnviro Form Joint Venture for Sustainable Energy Solutions

IndianOil, the 'Energy of India', and EverEnviro Resource Management Pvt. Ltd., a leading biofuels company, have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement. This association will lead to the formation of a 50:50 joint venture company dedicated to advancing biofuel adoption across the country, specifically Compressed Biogas (CBG). The joint venture will focus on integrating advanced biogas technologies to convert organic waste into CBG, a cleaner and renewable energy source. This will significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions while providing a sustainable alternative to traditional fossil fuels. The initiative aligns with IndianOil's low-carbon development strategy and the country's Net-Zero target by 2070.
