IndiGrid: Audited FY26 Financials Approved

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has disclosed its audited standalone and consolidated financial information along with audit reports for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The financials were approved by the Board of IndiGrid Investment Managers Limited on May 14, 2026. The audit report, conducted by SR BC & CO LLP, provides an opinion that the consolidated financial statements give a true and fair view in conformity with InvIT Regulations and Indian Accounting Standards.
