IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust Acquires 100% Interest in Enerica Infra 4 Private Limited for INR 10 Per Share

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has acquired 100% interest in Enerica Infra 4 Private Limited (EIPL4) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, IndiGrid 2 Private Limited. The acquisition was completed at a fair valuation of INR 10 per share, and the remaining 26% shareholding will be acquired within 3 years. EIPL4, which was incorporated in 2025, is involved in the business of manufacturing, designing, developing, engineering, marketing, and more related to power transmission towers, antennae, transmitters, insulators, and all kinds of equipment required in generation, transmission, and storage of power. The acquisition is in accordance with the Infrastructure Investment Trusts Regulations and all necessary approvals have been obtained.
