IndiGrid Q2 FY27 Earnings Up 102% to ₹380 Cr; Commissions BESS Project

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust reported a significant 102% year-on-year increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) to ₹380 crore for Q2 FY27. Operational revenue grew 8.4% to ₹872 crore, with EBITDA at ₹782 crore (89.7% margin). The company commissioned a 250 MW/500 MWh battery storage project in Rajasthan and an inter-state transmission project in Madhya Pradesh. IndiGrid also signed agreements to acquire two transmission projects in Himachal Pradesh for up to ₹6,650 crore. The Distribution Per Unit (DPU) was ₹4.12, marking the 38th consecutive quarterly distribution. Assets Under Management (AUM) reached ₹33,667 crore with a Net Debt to AUM ratio of 60.4%.
