IndiGrid Subsidiary Divests 74% Stake in Enerica Infra 4

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust announced the divestment of 74% of IndiGrid 2 Private Limited's (IGL2) stake in Enerica Infra 4 Private Limited (EIPL4) to Enerica ReGrid Infra Private Limited (EnerGrid). The transaction, valued at INR 10,000, was completed on July 24, 2026. Additionally, IndiGrid terminated a Project Management and Implementation Agreement (PIMA) for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with EIPL4 and entered into a new PIMA with IndiGrid Limited for BESS projects. EnerGrid is identified as a related party due to a common director with IndiGrid's Investment Manager, but the transaction was conducted on an arm's length basis.
