IndiQube Q2 FY27 Revenue ₹475 Cr, PAT ₹57 Cr

IndiQube Spaces Limited reported strong financial results for Q2 FY27, with revenue reaching ₹475 crore, a 34% year-on-year increase. Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 63% to ₹57 crore, and EBITDA increased by 40% to ₹105 crore, with margins improving to 22% for EBITDA and 12% for PAT. For the first half of FY27, revenue stood at ₹904 crore and PAT grew 66% to ₹92 crore. The company manages 10.86 million sq. ft. across 138 centers and 17 cities, with a steady-state occupancy of 91%. Value-added services revenue grew 74% to ₹154 crore in H1 FY27, contributing 17% of operating revenue. IndiQube also maintained its CRISIL 'A+' (Stable) rating.
