The deal is valued at approximately ₹68 Crore. This expansion deepens the existing partnership, with the client transitioning from IndiQube's Koramangala facility to a larger, tech-enabled environment. IndiQube highlights its role as a long-term Total Workspace Outsourcing partner for high-growth tech enterprises and unicorns, catering to their evolving spatial and employee experience needs over a 5-to-10-year horizon. Startups and unicorns now constitute nearly a quarter of IndiQube's overall occupancy.
