Indiqube Spaces Reappoints Singhvi and Unni as Internal Auditors

Indiqube Spaces Ltd has re-appointed Singhvi and Unni LLP, Chartered Accountants, as their internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 20, 2026, where the board also approved the audited standalone results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, considered variation in IPO proceeds utilization, appointed Mr. Bhasker Dubey as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and appointed M/s. VVS and Associates as secretarial auditors.
