Challani Capital Ltd Closes Trading Window Ahead of Financial Results Release

Challani Capital Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is effective from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, and is in connection with the finalization and approval of financial results for the quarter/year ending on March 31, 2026.
