The company reported strong financial performance for FY 2025-26, with operating revenue growing by 22.9% to ₹215.45 crore and consolidated net profit increasing by 18.3% to ₹50.27 crore. Earnings per share reached ₹15.67. The company also declared a total dividend of ₹40 per share, comprising a final dividend of ₹10 and a special dividend of ₹30, arising from the monetization of non-core assets. Looking ahead, Indo Borax plans to expand its Boric Acid capacity, invest ₹20 crore in a new Boron Oxide facility, grow its international footprint, and increase R&D investment in specialized boron-based solutions.
