Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd Completes Sale of Vehicles Under SEBI Regulations

Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited has completed the sale and transfer of certain identified vehicles to Mr. Sajal Sushilkumar Jain, Mrs. Sreelekha Sajal Jain, and Mrs. Pranika Saumya Jain. This is in accordance with the Framework Agreement dated December 13, 2025, and the approvals of the audit committee, board of directors, and shareholders obtained via postal ballot on August 26, 2025. The sale and transfer of the identified vehicles have been completed in all respects.
