Zenrock Chemicals to Acquire 26.00% Stake in Indo Borax & Chemicals for INR 2,13,84,13,420.00

Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited, along with India Special Assets Fund III, ISAF II Onshore Fund, and Special Situation India Fund, have initiated a public offer to acquire up to 83,43,400 equity shares of Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited, representing 26.00% of the company's voting share capital. The offer price is INR 256.30 per share, amounting to a total consideration of INR 2,13,84,13,420.00. This acquisition follows a Share Purchase Agreement between Zenrock Chemicals, the funds, and the sellers, who own 50.80% of Indo Borax & Chemicals' total paid-up equity share capital.
