Indo City Infotech Submits 34th Annual Report

Indo City Infotech Limited has submitted its 34th Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. The report includes audited financial statements, directors' report, management discussion and analysis, corporate governance report, secretarial audit report, auditors' report, balance sheet, profit & loss account, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity, and notes to accounts. The company also announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026, to adopt the financial statements, appoint a director, and re-appoint Mr. Aneel Jain as Managing Director and Chairman for a five-year term. The appointment of the Secretarial Auditor will also be considered.
