Indo Cotspin Ltd Appoints Manish Jain & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Indo Cotspin Limited held its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 10, 2026, via video conference. During the meeting, members approved the appointment of M/s Manish Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors of the company.
