Indo Gulf Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Register from 23rd August, 2025 to 30th August, 2025 for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled on Saturday, 30th August, 2025 at 11.30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audit Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of members. The company has fixed 23rd August, 2025 as the Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of voting rights of members for e-voting. The remote e-voting will commence on Wednesday, 27th August, 2025, at 9:00 AM and will end on Friday, 29th August, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
