Indo Gulf Industries Ltd. is set to conduct its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30th August, 2025. The meeting will be held through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in compliance with regulatory provisions. Key items on the agenda include the consideration and adoption of audited financial statements for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2025, the appointment of a Director in place of Mr. Rajesh Jain, and the ratification of remuneration of Cost Auditors. The company will also consider Material Related Party Transactions with M/s Ganesh Explosives Private Limited and M/s Rajesh Explosives Private Limited.
