Indo National Invests ₹49.9 Lakhs in Medcuore Medical Solutions

Indo National Ltd has invested an aggregate amount of ₹49,89,880 (₹49.9 Lakhs) in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd (MMSPL) through subscription to equity shares. This investment represents an additional 0.79% stake, increasing Indo National's total shareholding in MMSPL to 63.07%. MMSPL is engaged in manufacturing and distributing air monitoring systems and air purifiers. The investment aims to facilitate business growth, generate revenue, and earn profits through business expansion. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed by FY 2027-28. The consideration was paid in cash, with shares acquired at ₹14,056 per share.
