Indo National Invests ₹50 Lakh in Medcuore Medical Solutions

Indo National Ltd has invested an aggregate amount of ₹50,03,864 by subscribing to equity shares of Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd (MMSPL). This investment represents an additional 0.78% stake, bringing Indo National's total shareholding in MMSPL to 61.87%. MMSPL is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of Air Monitoring Systems and Air Purifiers. The company stated the investment's objective is to facilitate business growth, generate revenue, and earn profits through business expansion. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and does not involve promoter group interest. The consideration was cash, and the acquisition is expected to be completed by FY 2027-28.
