Indo National Invests ₹74.9 Lakh in Medcuore Medical Solutions

Indo National Ltd has announced a further investment of ₹74,90,808 in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Limited (MMSPL) through the subscription of equity shares. This investment represents an additional 1.18% stake, increasing Indo National's total shareholding in MMSPL to 60.34%. MMSPL is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of Air Monitoring Systems and Air Purifiers. The company stated the investment aims to facilitate business growth, generate revenue, and earn profits through business expansion. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed by FY 2027-28.
