Indo National Invests ₹99.88 Lakh More in Medcuore Medical

Indo National Ltd has invested an additional ₹99.88 lakh in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd (MMSPL) by subscribing to equity shares. This investment represents an additional 1.68% of MMSPL's paid-up share capital on a fully diluted basis, increasing Indo National's aggregate shareholding to 59.16%. The acquisition does not fall under related party transactions. MMSPL's turnover for FY 25-26 was ₹1,45,60,000. The object of the acquisition is to facilitate business growth and generate revenue.
