Indo National Ltd Invests ₹49.9 Lakh in Medcuore Medical Solutions

Indo National Ltd has announced an additional investment of ₹49,93,872 in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Limited (MMSPL) through the subscription of equity shares. This investment increases Indo National's stake in MMSPL by 0.75%, bringing its total shareholding to 61.09%. MMSPL is involved in the manufacturing and distribution of Air Monitoring Systems and Air Purifiers. The company stated the investment aims to facilitate business growth, generate revenue, and earn profits through business expansion. The acquisition is not a related party transaction, and no promoter group entities have an interest in MMSPL. The acquisition is expected to be completed by FY 2027-28.
